66PickUpSticks

I have now completed 66 Pick up Sticks as a book. Available from Amazon Direct Publishing for $4.00. I love rhyming words: clickety clicks, tricks and flicks, fiddledy sticks and often the sillier and more contrived the better. It occurred to me to write a new collection of poems, short stories and flash fiction and bits and call it   '66 pick up sticks'. Probably for no other reason. And I offered myself an interesting challenge to write 66 pieces and all of them in my 66 th year. This book is the result; it contains an eclectic mix of children’s poems; gothic horror; serious reflection; comedic poetry, short stories, historical poetry and descriptive prose... and a lot of me.      Not that it was my original intention... it just happened.
